In fact, we have a team dedicated to reviewing such items and suggestions - the Collaboration and Innovation Team. SASD's vendor idea submittal process allows outside vendors to provide business ideas that may increase efficiency and customer service. All ideas gathered through this process will be evaluated using the same guidelines as suggestions derived internally.
