Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will be held on December 4, 2024 at 8:00 AM for the purpose of reviewing and answering questions regarding this project and a site visit will be conducted immediately following the pre-bid conference. Attendance at the pre-bid conference and site visit are mandatory for all contractors submitting a bid to be considered qualified. Engineer and Construction Management representatives will be present for questions. Independent field visits are optional and shall be completed on the contractor’s own accord. District representation will not be present.
