MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through will be held on March 24, 2025 at 1:00 PM Pacific Time, at the EchoWater Facility for the purpose of reviewing and answering questions regarding this project. Attendees must e-mail OFCA@SacSewer.com with attendee names no later than 3 days prior to the mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through date. This information is required to provide access at the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility’s (EchoWater Facility) security gate. Representatives of the Sacramento Area Sewer District and the Design Consultant will be present for questions.
