Engineering Services for the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility I&E Fire Alarm System Upgrade Project

Pre-Proposal Conference:

The Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer) will hold a mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit for potential Request for Proposal (RFP) participants for the purpose of reviewing and answering questions regarding this project. SacSewer will only accept submitted proposals from entities who attended this mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit. Attendees must e-mail baptistar@sacsewer.com with attendee names by no later than 5:00 PM PT on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. This information is required to provide access at the EchoWater Facility security gate.

Optional Second Site Visit:

For those prospective proposers who attended the mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit, SacSewer is allowing those prospective proposers to attend a second optional site visit. Attendance to this second site visit is optional for those prospective proposers who attended the mandatory first site visit, and those prospective proposers who attended the first site visit can still submit a proposal without attending the second site visit. For those prospective proposers who are both eligible and interested in attending this second optional site visit, please must e-mail Ronald Baptista at baptistar@sacsewer.com with attendee names by no later than 1:00 PM PT on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. This information is required to provide access at the EchoWater Facility security gate.
