Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference: Attendance at the virtual pre-proposal conference is mandatory. The purpose of the meeting is to review and clarify project requirements, respond to questions from the prospective proposers and present the security questions and architectural diagram to the RFP respondents.
Prospective proposers must email SacSewer’s designated point of contact, Jarrett McBride at mcbridej@sacsewer.com with the name and email addresses of attendees and a signed Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which is attached to this RFP as Attachment A, by Tuesday, November 12, 2024, 3:00 PM PT (Deadline extended per Addendum No. 1).
