Standards and Specifications
SacSewer’s standards provide minimum requirements for planning, design, and construction of sewer facilities that are, or will be, dedicated to SacSewer.
These standards help ensure that SacSewer’s system is properly engineered to operate in a cost-effective manner while protecting the public and SacSewer personnel.
System Capacity Plans
The System Capacity Plan and the Interceptor Sequencing Study are critical planning documents to address SacSewer system capacity needs.
Sewer Connection Permits
Sewer connection permits are required for all new or existing businesses or residences.
Sewer Plan Check
For new construction or expansion projects, plan checks are required to ensure site plans conform with SacSewer design criteria, easements, encroachment permits, and more.
