  • Within the city of Elk Grove, the northbound lanes on the east side of Franklin Boulevard between Sims Road and Laguna Boulevard are closed, with all traffic diverted to the southbound lanes on the east side. These lane closures are in place until early 2025.

Road closure timing is subject to change. Local residents and emergency vehicles can access properties within work zones at all times throughout construction. Please visit SacHarvestWater.org for the latest construction timing and updates.
