Applies residential and commercial fee credits to an existing parcel, as all credits are parcel based and do not belong to a specific user. Excess residential and commercial credit may be transferred to an adjacent parcel with the same owner and shared property line. In some cases, industrial credits may be transferred to another industrial property.

Defers SacSewer impact fees for a portion of a parcel that will not be developed. The undeveloped portion will be subject to the sewer impact fee at the time it is developed.
